Fit better than the Mojave. I love the grip inside the shoe so his foot doesn't slide around and it allows a little gap for the sweat to be evaporated. No more sweat filled shoes when I take them off, they are actually dry now. They feel more durable than the Mojave too. The only thing that would make it better would be the color. I wish they were a regular yellow instead of a neon type yellow. They seem durable, easy to get on and off, and my service dog can move easily in them so they seem comfortable.
This is not our first pair of wagwellies and it won’t be our last! Our first pair finally wore out and when it came time to buy new ones we knew the new sport option was going to be perfect! I love that they give her dewclaws more room and they still stay on great! I can’t wait for more colors to drop! 🤞🏼
Love these on my Lilli! They are more durable and fit Lilli the best. I particularly like the treads, which give her much-needed traction—both inside and outside for improved grip when walking. Plus, they look so chic on her. We receive regular compliments!

My dog hates shoes but has no issues with these. They stay on, which is wonderful. I also think he looks handsome wearing them.
Tessa and I like her new WagWellies Sport. I especially like that a the tread on the bottom goes higher on the back of her foot. I hope you start making the Sport in more colors.
Our puppy loves these shoes! He wears them on every walk, and they’ve been great overall. The only downside is that I’ve had to replace two shoes already - one because he chewed it up and another because the strap ripped after only a few wears. I think the straps could use some improvement to make them more durable. Other than that, we’re really happy with them!

Easy to put on & stay on! Honestly I don’t think I’ll ever use a different brand. I already ordered another set in the Mojave style and before winter I plan on ordering the classic. I do wish that the sport had a xssh size.
LOVE THESE! I followed the guide on how to measure Osiris’ paw before I selected his size, and I worked like a charm! The design is impeccable. They fit him so comfortably. It only took a short walk for him to get into a natural stride. His beans are protected from the hot pavement AND he looks absolutely adorable.10/10 recommend!
My pup has both the regular wellies and the mojaves but since she has a hitch in her step due to an old injury, she does wear through them eventually (especially the mojaves - when it's hot out she scuffs her paw a bit). When I saw the new wellie sports, I thought we'd give them a try since they're made with a more durable silicone than the mojaves but still offer ventilation for warmer temps. Overall, they're a great boot, especially for that transitional weather where your dog's feet might need both coverage and ventilation at the same time. My one critique is the placement of the vent holes. I get what they were probably going for, one in the center and then three more on each side of the boot all evenly spaced. However, having a hole right in the middle means my dogs claws just poke right through it and tear the silicone (for 70 bucks a set, bit of a disappointment there). On the mojaves the holes are more offset so there isn't one smack in the center of the boot, thus this isn't really much of an issue on those. Wagwear are still the best boots for the money though, regardless of which style you get!

We love the Wagwear booties on Lou Lou so much that she now has four pairs. She walks/ runs around with them on effortlessly.
I love the shoes and it didn't take long for my dogs to figure out how to walk with them on, but the rear shoes kept slipping off their paws (the velcro tie would stay on, but their rear paws would make it out of the shoe. Eventually, my dog figured out that she could chew the velcro straps off so 3 shoes of my set got destroyed on Day 3 (!!) I highly recommend to only leave the shoes on when they are walking outside, and then remove them immediately when not needed. We got compliments on these shoes during our walks from everyone we saw.

We love your Sport Wagwellies! 🐶 Our search for a decent pair of boots began years ago, when we were desperate for something that could handle poochies intense appetite for play and to keep our boat deck safe from nail marks. We found the mojave wellies, we were pleased thoroughly! THE SPORT WELLIES THOUGH! The sport wellies have the cutest color blue that matches our babies eyes, strong Velcro straps that refuse to come loose, they float in the water IF they do fall off. Nala appreciates the new design with the tread going all the way up the boot; this allows her to stop on a dime around the pool deck without tearing her paws up. The bag they come in is wonderful, the Velcro doesn’t grab anymore, great fix. They stay on when she swims in the lake. Fairly priced for the value you get in return. Just an overall incredible design. We needed something just a bit stronger for her and the Sport Wellies are it! Thank you all!

I absolutely love these shoes! They stay on all day, unlike the other brand that always come off. They also dry quickly, which is great when he plays in the water. I would definitely buy them again!

We have the Mojave’s and love the sport version! We love the thicker material (feels more high quality), improved dew claw position, reflective material for nighttime safety, and there’s extra grip inside the shoe to prevent paws from slipping. The blue color is also so, so pretty. We highly recommend these if you’re looking for dog shoes!

Love! They are easy to put on and they seem very comfortable. Tried it on my American Bulldog and he loves them!!!! I bought a total of 3 sets, wish me luck putting these shoes on 2 Belgian Malinois 🤪
Fit our staffy perfect. He wears them when we go out to the pool to protect his paws from the hot pavement.

They are cool summer shoes, but the fit is not as great as the original wellies. I was also hoping for the XXSH size for this style. I was told by your Customer Support that it was going to be available soon(?).
I purchased two different ones; pink Mojave and these retro blue ones, and both are as cute as can be. She hasn’t worn them yet, but I tried them on Roxi and they fit well and with the Velcro, which I like the way the wrap around her leg/ankle, won’t fall off. And Roxi is a miniature Sheepadoodle and I was able to tuck her hair in and the way they designed the Velcro strap it doesn’t pull or snag her hair. I definitely recommend these. I think I found our forever shoes.
I love these for Roxi. These are her fall and winter shoes and I purchased some pink Mojaves for her too, for spring and winter. They fit exceptionally well. I’m able to shove her hair into the and wrap the Velcro around her leg so the stay on. I’m glad I found these. For reference, Roxi is a miniature Sheepadoodle that weighs 30lbs and i purchased a medium and it was a perfect fit. Her paws measure 2.0 to 2.1 inches from side to side.
The shoes come off when my son runs in them. Purchased because he needed better shoes as he's a fast runner . The slip off after takeoff even properly put on, might just be too fast for them
**edit** a company rep reached out to me about the experience I had using these on my dog. They offered some helpful tips, and even a refund or credit in an effort to make sure I had a positive experience. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and I genuinely appreciated it! 5 stars for an exceptional level of dedication to quality not often seen Thank you Wag Wellies Staff** Ive run through a half dozen different types of footware for my SD (not just different brands, but various builds and materials as well). All of them seem to cause pain of one sort or another. While I will say that my SD is exceptionally picky when it comes to footware (she really needs to be able to feel the ground or else she shuts down) wag wellies - sport were her most tolerated so far. I think the thinner, more flexible rubber gave her the connection she needed to feel grounded. They also solved the issue of allowing her paw pads to spread comfortably (where hard soled shoes did not) as well as allowed space for her dew claw to not be crushed or rubbed raw. I live in Texas where summer time feels like living in a microwave, the ground gets blistering hot, and there are bits of broken glass and stickers (goat head burs) in every patch of grass. These booties kept her paw pads protected from all of that for the short while she wore them. Another great point was these booties stayed on over various terrain types (stairs, payment, gravel, weedy mud, etc) however, they still caused her pain. The back of the booties rubbed the underside of her carpal pads bloody. I went so far as to couple them with socks, or tried vet wrap with a piece of gauze and still had the same problem. Because of where the velcro strap is attached to the booties, I cant make any modifications to them. So I am now back to hunting down something different.
My elderly dog was dragging his back paws which was wearing his nails down. One started to bleed. I was scared so I ordered these. He has never taken to boots before but he loves these! He only wears them on the back paws because those are the paws he dragged. They fit perfectly too! Measuring was easy. These are a god send. Thank you!
