Shipping policy
We are typically able to process and ship in-stock domestic orders in 1 - 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, the delivery time will vary based on your location. Our standard estimated shipping times domestically are 2-10 days. If you require your package to arrive within a certain window of time please select expedited (2-3 day) shipping at checkout and/or contact our Customer Service team for additional help. Please allow additional processing and transit time during peak and holiday seasons and for orders with special requests.
Orders will be processed based on local time at the location of fulfillment. Orders to Hawaii often experience delays, to ensure more timely delivery please consider upgrading your shipping option to priority and please note they will likely take longer than 2-3 days to arrive.
Most orders with standard shipping are sent via USPS or a partner carrier. If you require shipping via a specific carrier please contact customer service when placing your order to request a change. Certain carriers may incur additional charges. Once an order has been picked and labeled we may not be able to change the carrier but we will do our best to ensure your package reaches you.
International orders are not eligible for free shipping and transit times are based on method and carrier. Pricing and shipping costs do not include any customs duties or additional fees and Wagwear is not responsible for any duties or taxes.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Any additional fees, taxes or duties paid are non-refundable.
