Order Processing

We are typically able to process and ship in-stock domestic orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed based on local time at the fulfillment location. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons, holidays, and promotional events.

If your order contains a made-to-order item, additional production time may be required. Please see "Made-to-Order Items" below.

Domestic Shipping

Once your order has shipped, estimated transit times are typically:

- Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, weather, and seasonal volume.

If you require delivery within a specific timeframe, we recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout or contacting our Customer Care team before placing your order.

Hawaii & Alaska

Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may experience longer transit times than estimated.

For faster delivery, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout.

Please note that even expedited shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer than standard mainland delivery estimates.

Shipping Carriers

Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS or a partner carrier.

If you require shipment through a specific carrier, please contact us when placing your order. Additional charges may apply.

Once an order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, carrier changes may not be possible, though we will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.

International Shipping

International shipping rates and transit times vary based on destination and carrier.

Please note:

- International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

- Duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are not included in shipping rates.

- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country.

- Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Made-to-Order Items

Some Wagwear products are custom made to order in the United States.

While we aim to ship these items as quickly as possible, please allow additional production time before shipment.

Typical production time is approximately 7 days, but during busy periods we ask customers to allow up to 14 days before shipment.

Product pages will indicate when an item is made to order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

If you have not received your tracking information within the expected processing window, please contact our Customer Care team.
