Minimum Order Value

For first time customers of wagwear the minimum order value is $600. Subsequent orders require a $300 minimum. 

How to place an order

• Submit your order via our wholesale site at https://wagwear-wholesale.com
• You must be a registered user to view this site. If you have not yet registered please go to the web site, click on "Log In" then "Create New Account". Follow the prompts and submit your information.

MSRP

Products or goods purchased from wagwear shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, this may last no more than 14 days. Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to wagwear and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis. Promotions that run longer than a 14 day period may put the Wholesale Account at risk of suspension. 

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Order Issues, Damages/Defects & Returns

• You are responsible for all exchanges and returns required by your customers.
• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact wagwear at info@wagwear.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments, quoting invoice number and reasons and include photos.
• Please email us with replacement order numbers with the size of the necessary replacements and we will add them to your next order (this excludes damages perpetrated by a pet).
• Returns will not be accepted without prior approval delivery and instructions for shipping. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. 

  

Payments

Wagwear accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and ACH payments. All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.

If paying via ACH, please email us for our banking information and send back remittance advice as proof of payment.

Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be an estimate. Should freight be higher than what is estimated you will receive a separate invoice for the additional amount. A 10% cost of the entire invoice is a good rule of thumb. Drop shipping is not offered on any orders.

 

Delivery Window 

Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.

Backorders

Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your order as unfulfilled. If back-ordered goods come back in stock they will be fulfilled asap. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders fulfilled at all, please inform us. 

International Orders 

It is important that we maintain a listing of all resellers and their territory and sales channels. All wholesale customers must fill out and keep current our wagwear wholesale customer account. 

International customers are required to pay shipping and customs according to their local laws. 

We currently do not accept wholesale customers in the following locations:

• China
• Japan
• South Korea
• Singapore 
• Thailand

Restrictions on Search Engine Advertising

Wholesale customers are prohibited from running Google Search Ads or any form of paid search advertising using Wagwear’s branded search terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the following terms and any variations thereof:

• Wagwear
• WagWellies®
• WagWellies® Mojave 

Additionally, any phrase match, incorrect spelling or close variation of these terms may not be used in search or any other search engine advertising campaign. Violation of this policy may result in the immediate removal of the wholesaler from the Wagwear wholesale program.

 

Third-Party Marketplace Restrictions

Wholesale customers are prohibited from selling Wagwear products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or any other third-party marketplace sites. Any wholesaler found to be selling on these platforms will be in violation of this agreement and may face removal from the Wagwear wholesale program.
